Sierra Overhead Analytics was founded in Twain Harte, California. Our headquarters is now in nearby Sonora, and we have employees at remote offices in Reno, Sacramento, and South Lake Tahoe.

Sierra Overhead Analytics currently has 14 employees and fields 4 operational field teams on a regular basis. We also have a robust engineering & data processing team directing the efforts of field personnel and making use of their data in support of land surveying, civil engineering, construction staking, and asset modeling efforts.

While in the field our employees have already kept themselves at a level of isolation from the public due to the nature of the work, but we are taking additional protections as recommended by CDC / WHO, state- and municipality-level authorities. We also coordinate with clients to follow any further levels of protection or distancing they require above usual standards. Also, in this time of intensifying concern over data security issues, we follow protocols that protect our clients’ critical information and ensure continued high-level service.

SOA provides timely field survey and engineering services for clients in the environmental, renewable energy, utility, transportation and environmental sectors.
